**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for an HR Consultant to join our experienced and driven team. Working remotely, with occasional client site visits, we work with employers looking for business savvy HR solutions. We have a great respect for work-life balance with flexible hours.

**Your Scope of Work**:

- Delivers excellent client service and trustworthy advice to facilitate employee relations, organizational development, recruitment and retention efforts and support a variety of HRM matters;
- Introduces firm’s services to prospective clients to secure new business;
- Sources, develops and nurtures professional networks and relationships with industry groups and various sectors to pursue new leads, opportunities and strategic partnerships;
- Provides leadership in the effective use of consulting concepts, models, analytic frameworks, technologies and tools;
- Expands client relationships through regular contact and provide information of value-added services to maintain and develop additional business;
- Contributes to marketing materials through presentations and conference abstracts, white papers, blog articles, brochures, infographics, and multimedia assets;
- Craft proposals and respond to RFPs that are clear, creative and value driven;
- Implements detailed plans and recommends policies and procedures;
- Provides full range of HR consulting services that may include employee relations and change management; compensation and benefits; organizational development; performance management; talent acquisition and retention; occupational health and safety; training and development; performance management; talent management and succession planning
- Develops trust-based credible working relationship with all clients and team members
- Other assigned HR projects as needed

**Your Qualifications and Experience**:

- 7 to 10 years of proven Human Resources Experience within an HR business partnership capacity, with well-developed consulting and relationship management skills.
- University degree with HR education and training and/or equivalency.
- Working knowledge of provincial and federal laws and regulations.
- Experience in the facilitation of diverse organizational change projects resulting in successful implementation.
- Experience in leading and facilitating large group processes.
- Familiarity with government legislation in the area of Occupational Health and Safety.
- Experience in creating and implementing communications strategies that support organizational change.
- Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Effective organizational and time management skills.
- Team player, motivated and dynamic with a superior ability to work independently
