As HR Business Partner, you will collaborate across teams to coordinate various people initiatives. These initiatives include onboarding, skills management and enhancements, developing processes, scheduling, coordinating social events, and more. This role will report to the Head of Canadian Operations and has growth potential to lead the People Success Team.

This is an ideal role if you enjoy a fast-paced IT environment and like to work with teams across geographies.

Your Impact
- Overseeing onboarding for new hires and giving each new employee an excellent onboarding experience
- Collaborate across local and global teams to help develop and ensure the success of all corporate initiatives
- Establish and maintain relationships across the organization by contributing to the onboarding, skills development, and employee satisfaction process
- Improve the organization’s overall efficiency by researching and assisting in the implementation of various HR initiatives
- Provide consistent support to the Canadian team, answering employee and manager questions about people initiatives, policies, benefits, and any other people-related items
- Support internal immigration lawyers and management to initiate inter-company transfers of employees from the US, Canada, Mexico, India, Pakistan, and UAE.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum two years of experience in a similar role.
- CHRP designation is prefferd
- Work experience in a technology company or professional services setup will be an added advantage
- Proven experience in developing talent acquisition and enhancement strategies
- Familiarity in developing training programs for fresh graduates and employees
- Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced work environment while remaining incredibly attentive to detail
- Take the initiative to complete an assigned project independently.
- Creatively problem-solving and a proactive attitude is a must.
- Experience in a tech start-up or professional services organization is a plus.
