Account Executive, Brand Partnerships (North America) DogPack is more than just an app - we’re a vibrant community connecting pet parents worldwide. Our global platform unites owners, brands, and service providers in a single ecosystem. Whether you’re discovering trusted products, booking local services or planning travel, DogPack empowers millions of pet lovers around the world to explore, shop and share their passion. What you’ll be doing: Help DogPack to grow our merchant population on the DogPack Marketplace. As an Account Executive, Brand Partnerships (North America), you will be responsible for helping to build a thriving marketplace of merchants for our users, building relationships with prospective merchants and turning them into happy DogPack Marketplace merchants. We want to redefine what e-commerce looks like for retailers in the pet space by giving them access to passionate pet parents who are actively searching for great brands - and we think this role is key to that goal. Responsibilities: Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting & outreach to negotiation and close Identify and engage brands and retailers that align with DogPack’s marketplace strategy Pitch partnership opportunities that help merchants reach millions of dog owners through the DogPack app. Negotiate commercial terms, revenue-share agreements, and onboarding details. Collaborate with marketing to launch bespoke partnerships that support the growth of the marketplace and the success of the merchants on the platform Track performance metrics, merchant success and category growth opportunities Represent DogPack at industry events, trade shows and brand activations What we’re looking for: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. Proven B2B sales success - ideally in e-commerce, retail or marketplace experience. Merchant acquisition experience is highly preferred. Strong hunter mentality. You know how to identify prospects, build relationships and close deals. Excellent verbal & written communication and presentation skills. Comfortable with CRM tools (Hubspot, Salesforce) Entrepreneurial mindset - scrappy, creative and motivated to create something from the ground up. A willingness to learn and grow within the role and the organization Must love pets Location: Hybrid, 4 days a week in office - Montreal preferred, open to candidates in Toronto. Ready to Join Us?
