Grow Surely is a fast-growing B2B lead generation agency that helps companies book more high-quality sales meetings and win new clients, predictably. We work with B2B founders, CEOs, and revenue leaders who value clarity, execution, and measurable results. We’re hiring an Account Executive to run sales conversations with pre-qualified prospects, manage follow-ups, and close new business. This role focuses on converting warm opportunities into long-term clients, not cold prospecting. What you’ll do Run discovery and demo calls with pre-qualified B2B prospects Manage follow-ups and guide prospects through the decision process Own your pipeline and keep HubSpot accurate and up to date Consistently achieve monthly revenue goals Collaborate with the founders to improve messaging, positioning, and close rates What we’re looking for Fluent English speaker based in Canada Proven B2B closing experience (high-ticket services preferred) Strong consultative selling skills with C-level decision-makers Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple deals at once Self-motivated and effective in a remote, performance-focused environment Base salary + commission On-target earnings range: CAD $90,000–$120,000 Fully remote role (Canada) Paid time off Full onboarding and training on our sales process Ongoing flow of inbound and pre-qualified sales opportunities Flexible If you enjoy consultative B2B sales, value structure and accountability, and want to focus on closing well-qualified opportunities, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
