This position is responsible for growing sales to a group of regional clients that either purchase or have Headquarters in a given geography. This role will establish strategic account plans, while building and maintaining relationships with decision makers and influencers at clients' headquarters and regional offices. Thispositionisresponsibleforeffectivelyreachingmutuallysatisfactorysolutions,bothinternalandexternal,through negotiations that strengthen relationships and advance goal attainment efforts. Thisisdonebyassemblingresources,executingstrategicagreementsthroughourfieldorganizationandcommunicating account priorities to each of the divisions. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Mustbeatleast18yearsofage. Mustbelegallyauthorizedtoworkincountryofemploymentwithoutsponsorshipforemploymentvisastatus. Musthaveavaliddriver’slicense. Musthavetheabilitytooperateacomputerandcommunicateviathe telephone. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Required High school diploma or comparable certification (e.g. GED) Preferred Bachelor’sdegreeinabusiness-relatedfield. DemonstratedleadershipskillsasalargevolumeSales Rep. Effectiveleadershipskills&demonstratedabilitytodirectsellingteams. Demonstratedabilitytocreatehighlevelclientrelationships. Abilitytoestablishcredibilitythroughconsistentcommunication,executionandperformance. Strongwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills. DemonstratedsignificantsuccessfulSales&Marketingexperience.
