This role blends customer service , on-site installation , and hands-on training to ensure every client has a seamless onboarding experience. What You’ll Do Install Clover POS hardware at client locations (terminals, printers, accessories) Set up software, apps, and account configurations for new clients Train business owners and staff on how to use Clover effectively Deliver an exceptional customer experience: on-site, over the phone, and via email Troubleshoot basic technical issues and elevate when necessary Maintain clear documentation of installation details and follow‑up needs Coordinate scheduling to meet customer timelines and expectations Support retention by ensuring clients feel confident using their new system What We’re Looking For Experience in customer service, customer success, tech support, or POS onboarding Strong interest in technology and the ability to learn new systems quickly Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license (regular on‑site visits required) Strong sense of urgency and commitment to meeting client deadlines Self‑starter who can work independently and manage multiple priorities Nice to Have Experience with Clover, Square, Lightspeed, Toast, or similar POS systems Field service or installation background Familiarity with retail, hospitality, or small business operations Why This Role Matters You’ll play a key role in helping local business owners feel supported, confident, and set up for success with their new Clover system.
