Position Overview:
This role is perfect for someone who is interested in transitioning to a career in customer success and is excited to work in a dynamic scale-up environment.

The primary responsibility of this position is to engage with clients through various channels, including in-person training, meetings, and phone calls. As a key member of the team, you are trained to be an expert consultant for your clients. You will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identify their needs, and provide solutions to ensure their success.

As a Customer Success Representative, you are an advocate and champion of the client with strong interpersonal, client management, and consultative skills. You will work with other departments to ensure the delivery of a premium-quality service during the onboarding and post-onboarding experience. In addition, you will facilitate communication and leverage the appropriate resources. The ultimate goal is client satisfaction and success, achieved through an outstanding service experience.

About you:

- 2+ years experience in Customer Success or Sales
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Strong client-facing skills, including excellent communication, expectation management, and presentation skills.
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to be resourceful when assisting customers.
- High attention to detail and organization skills. Willing to juggle many things at once and prioritize effectively.
- Take ownership of their work and customers and be accountable for their success.
- Creative problem solver who can think strategically on the fly.
- Able to build rapport with customers, drive them towards desired actions, and challenge them when appropriate.
- Team player and can also thrive in self-managed and independent environments.
- You recognize gaps in process or detail and show initiative to suggest solutions

**Salary Range**: $50-60K plus bonus.
