At Roofr, building a powerful user experience starts with data. As a Senior Data Analyst at an early-stage, high-growth company, you’ll play a critical role in turning raw data into insights that shape product decisions, drive strategy, and improve the customer experience. You’ll have a direct impact on how we use data to grow, and help influence the roadmap for how analytics evolves at Roofr. This role sits at the intersection of data analytics and data modeling, ideal for someone comfortable moving between building dashboards and transforming data in the warehouse. What You'll Get to Do: Build and maintain dashboards and reports to deliver clear, actionable business insights Identify trends and uncover business opportunities through deep data exploration Transform, clean, and model raw data using DBT to create reliable, analytics-ready datasets Maintain and improve the data warehouse structure (e.g., Snowflake) with efficient, scalable models (e.g., star/snowflake schemas) Present analytical findings in clear, compelling formats to stakeholders across the organization, including sales & marketing, finance, and product teams. What You'll Bring to the Role: 4+ years of experience in data analysis and/or analytics engineering Proficient in BI tools like Metabase, Sigma, Tableau, or Looker Strong SQL skills and experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, PostgreSQL) Hands‑on experience with DBT for managing the Transform layer of ELT pipelines Ability to work cross‑functionally to define metrics, create dashboards, and ensure data quality A strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy Who You Are: A strong communicator with great presentation skills Analytical with a demonstrated ability to utilize data to make informed decisions Highly organized and able to prioritize and juggle multiple projects at once You are a critical thinker who doesn’t settle for the status quo You are driven by a desire to improve the customer experience through data What we offer (US + Canada) When you join our team, you’re not just accepting a job.
