At Roofr, building a powerful user experience starts with data. As a Senior Data Analyst at an early-stage, high-growth company, you’ll play a critical role in turning raw data into insights that shape product decisions, drive strategy, and improve the customer experience. You’ll have a direct impact on how we use data to grow, and help influence the roadmap for how analytics evolves at Roofr. This role sits at the intersection of data analytics and data modeling, ideal for someone comfortable moving between building dashboards and transforming data in the warehouse. What You’ll Get to Do Enable decision‑making by delivering actionable insights on user behavior, market trends, and business performance to marketing, revenue and product teams Drive product analytics by defining KPIs, designing experiments, analysing feature performance, and identifying opportunities to improve engagement and product‑market fit Build and maintain dashboards and self‑service analytics tools that enable stakeholders to make data‑informed decisions independently Collaborate with business and product owners to shape roadmaps, prioritise features, and measure success Tell compelling data stories to communicate complex insights to technical and non‑technical audiences Transform, clean, and model raw data using DBT to create reliable, analytics‑ready datasets Maintain and improve the data warehouse structure (e.g., Snowflake) with efficient, scalable models (e.g., star/snowflake schemas) What You’ll Bring to the Role 5+ years of experience in data analysis and/or data science Proficient in BI tools like Metabase, Sigma, Tableau, or Looker Strong SQL skills and experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, PostgreSQL) Hands‑on experience with DBT for managing the Transform layer of ELT pipelines Ability to work cross‑functionally to define metrics, create dashboards, and ensure data quality A strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy Who You Are Eager to elevate your team and organization to new heights A strong communicator with great presentation skills Analytical with a demonstrated ability to utilise data to make informed decisions Highly organised and able to prioritise and juggle multiple projects at once A critical thinker who doesn’t settle for the status quo Driven by a desire to improve the customer experience through data Compensation Band CAD $120,000.00 – $140,000.00 What We Offer (US + Canada) When you join our team, you’re not just accepting a job.
