Who are you:
We're looking for a motivated, enthusiastic Talent Attraction (Recruitment) Coordinator to join our expanding team

As a Talent Attraction Coordinator, you will be a key team member of the Talent Team and have a direct impact on the most important piece of our business - our Talent The Talent Attraction (Recruitment) Coordinator will work alongside the Talent Attraction group, with a strong focus on supporting our full-cycle recruitment efforts.

To succeed in this role, you are organized, detail oriented, have a high level of energy and possess a positive 'can do' attitude. This role operates in a fast paced environment working with a broad range of stakeholders across different areas - so excellent and clear communication is a must. If you are efficient and reliable, and you get excited knowing you've helped make someone else's day easier, then this role is for you.

What You'll Do
- Post open positions in the applicant tracking system and administering various state-of-the-art assessments.
- Manage online job postings across various websites, monitor performance and provide feedback on the performance of the job postings to the team.
- Assist recruiters with final offer stages including preparing and sending out offer packages, as well as completing background or reference checks.
- Build relationships with passive talent, following up and engaging them even when roles are not readily available while at the same time giving them an unparalleled recruitment experience with R&P
- Build and implement campaigns across various social media platforms to attract new applicants
- Support Sr. Manager of Talent Attraction with various Recruitment related activities as needed such as attending recruitment events, hiring fairs, and supporting post secondary recruitment programs.
- Handle and prioritize multiple ranges of advanced administrative duties with wide latitude for independent judgment and initiative.
- Assisting with other Talent Team-related events, initiatives and projects as needed.
- create and post social media content on various social platforms

Qualifications:

- 1+ years of experience in a coordinator or administrative role in a recruitment industry
- Ideally, you have some previous experience in the technical recruiting space and familiarity with general Canadian and / or US employment law.
- Diligently take initiative and responsibility, while performing effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to organize and coordinate high-volume requests and effectively manage priorities.
- Excellent and articulate communication skills
- Highly professional and adaptable with proven judgment and discretion with confidential matters.
- Experience with working with an ATS system, G-suite, BambooHR. Experience using Slack is a plus.
- Customer service oriented with focus on providing a high level of service delivery and partnership for both external and internal stakeholders; proven ability to build strong meaningful relationships with all levels of an organization.
