 The Role:

Recruitment related activities:

  • Play a leadership role in administering testing Skype and on-site interviews for the artists the studio recruits
  • Assist booking of interviews
  • Be accountable for refreshing posting on all niche boards
  • Ensure that published job descriptions follow brand guidelines, tone  and format
  • Manage inquiries regarding hiring practices, open positions and employee referral opportunities
  • Provide event coordination support for recruitment related events and actively participate at evets and open houses

Analytical related activities:

  • Partner with recruitment director to create and refine recruitment KPI dashboard and monthly, quarterly and year end reporting
  • Leads in administration of recruitment related surveys and analysis
  • Generate future reports through the ATS and other platforms
  • Lead in process documentation and organization
  • Provide support in the creation of power point presentations
  • Provide weekly status updates on recruitment activities by collecting data from talent acquisition consultants and talent partners
Critical competencies:
  • Possess 2-3+ years' experience as a recruitment coordinator or HR analyst and is passionate about recruitment
  • Sees him or herself as a great storyteller or marketer
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse data and distill meaningful insights for management
  • Well versed in excel and PowerPoint. (Has the ability to pivot tables, build charts and concise slide decks for executives).
  • Demonstrated ability to pivot on competing priorities and deliver objectives
  • Highly organized and dependable
  • Possesses a strong ability to manage expectations
  • Demonstrated ability to be agile and adaptive to changing circumstances
  • A sense of curiosity and willingness to embrace operating in the grey and figuring things out
  • A proven ability to work collaboratively within a team setting but can also be focused to work independently
