You will ensure customers maximize their value with the solution and facilitate successful adoption. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs & targets. Advise customers to maximize solution value. Identify and close new opportunities within your territory. Recommend enhancements to create value for customers. Build relationships with new customers starting their company journey. 3+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in a startup or a company that has gone through funding rounds. Experience in SaaS/IT, with a preference for legal technology, vendor management, procurement, or risk/threat intelligence. Strong skills in process mapping and flow chart creation. Ability to work autonomously in a remote-centric business environment. Proven track record of achieving targets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
