Key Responsibilities Outsourced HR Services Act as a trusted HR advisor, providing best-practice guidance to client organizations. Develop and implement HR programs, including job descriptions, policies and procedures, employment contracts, and performance management frameworks. Deliver training and policy implementation to support HR initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their HR needs are met effectively. Provide high-quality HR assessments and solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. Identify opportunities for additional support that enhance client success and contribute to PFHR’s service offerings. HR On Call Support Respond to client inquiries via HR On Call services, delivering expert HR advice within established service standards. Provide guidance on employment-related matters, including policy interpretation, workplace investigations, and compliance concerns. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions. Participate in team meetings, contributing insights and best practices to support business growth. Maintain accurate time tracking and project reporting to ensure transparency and efficiency. Support the development of HR tools, templates, and resources to enhance service delivery. Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions. You and Your Experience Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a human resources role, covering multiple HR functions including employee and labour relations. Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field. Strong knowledge of provincial and federal employment legislation and HR best practices. Experience fostering respectful, diverse, and inclusive workplace cultures. Proven problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to analyze information, conduct research, and provide informed HR solutions. Client-focused approach with a strong emphasis on consultation and collaboration. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives. Strong business acumen with the ability to identify client needs and deliver innovative HR solutions. Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office. CPHR designation (or working toward certification) considered an asset. Bilingualism (English/French) considered an asset. Experience working with Indigenous communities is beneficial. Experience in both unionized and non-unionized environments. Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when required to support client needs across time zones.
