Position Overview We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our Product team as a Director of Product . In this role, you will be involved in the product development process, execute the product strategy and roadmap, and oversee implementations of product deployments with Brim’s B2B partners. Your responsibilities will include: Implementations of payment solutions and product releases. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (technology, operations, design, risk, marketing, compliance) to ensure seamless product execution and delivery. Define product positioning and value proposition by gathering insights from customers and industry trends. Translate business needs into functional requirements and work with stakeholders to refine requirements. Monitor product performance and success metrics to support continuous improvements. Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in product management in the US and Canada credit cards and payments industry including prepaid cards and cross‑border payments. Experience in leading implementations with B2B partners. Ability to lead complex businesses or product lines to growth through innovation and creativity. Ability to communicate and work in a team environment. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven mindset. Self‑motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Coding experience (Python, Java, JavaScript, SQL, or similar) with an ability to collaborate with technical teams is preferred. Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of energy, creativity, dedication, and an unrelenting drive to succeed and win. Proficient in Agile methodologies and product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Figma, etc.).
