Reporting directly to the CEO, the Product Director will oversee the entire product lifecycle—evaluating business needs, prioritizing roadmap initiatives, and guiding execution with data-driven precision. This is a strategic leadership position that requires technical acumen, creative insight, and a strong understanding of international markets. Base pay range $130,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr Responsibilities Shape and manage the company’s product roadmap, aligning vision with evolving business and user needs Lead the lifecycle of product development: from ideation to research, execution, evaluation, and iteration Define and track KPIs that measure product success and inform future improvements Conduct and synthesize market research, competitive analysis, customer segmentation, and internal feedback Collaborate across teams to balance competing priorities and maintain strategic focus Translate product strategy into actionable Product Requirement Documents for the Technology team Partner with marketing and sales to build and execute go-to-market plans tailored to key audiences Drive continuous improvement through experimentation, data analysis, and responsive iteration Foster alignment between product goals and stakeholder needs across Technology, Growth, and Content teams Requirements 6+ years of experience in product management, ideally within a creative e-commerce or digital media environment Proven success in leading product vision, strategy, and innovation from concept to launch Deep understanding of software development processes, including familiarity with GitLab and AWS environments Demonstrated ability to lead remote, cross-functional teams with clarity and collaboration Strong project management skills and ability to hold teams accountable to timelines and deliverables Experience in both domestic and international markets, with an inclusive and user-centric approach Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and inspire Strong analytical background—confident in using qualitative and quantitative research to guide decision-making Experience partnering with marketing teams to launch products and refine market positioning Benefits Competitive annual salary between $130,000 and $170,000, based on experience Fully remote role with flexible hours tailored to your productivity and time zone (EST preferred) Six weeks of paid vacation, plus unlimited paid sick days Comprehensive health and dental coverage (or a health spending account for international team members) Annual $1,000 education and wellness allowance to support your personal and professional growth Submit your application, including your resume and cover letter, through our online portal.
