Board Certified Anesthesiologist Opportunity - Toronto, CanadaLakeshore Animal Health Partners Specialty and Emergency Hospital (Lakeshore AHP) is excited to offer an opportunity for a full-time Board-certified or Board-eligible Anesthesiologist to join our team. Lakeshore AHP, which opened in March 2023, is modeled after best practices in human medicine, following five core principles: quality, compassion, service, innovation, and partnership. Our goal is to enhance the quality of care for companion animals through collaboration between veterinary and human medical professionals, improving patient outcomes, client care, and overall professional satisfaction.
Our world-class facilities are equipped with cutting-edge technology, including a 3 Tesla MRI, mechanical ventilation, CT, ultrasound, and ABC Artificial Intelligence for triage and admission. The hospital features seven specialty departments and 13 specialists, working alongside a robust ER team of full-time emergency doctors and RVTs, to ensure that every patient receives top-tier treatment and care.
The successful candidate will be part of our cross-care model, which ensures full collaboration across specialties, fostering a high level of care. You will be supporting and working alongside specialists from departments including surgery, neurology, internal medicine, and critical care, among others. We are actively growing our anesthesia services to meet increasing demand, and you will be joining our current full-time anesthesiologist to enhance patient outcomes in this vital area.
