The Role:

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Channel Accounts Manger, International to join our team. As the Channel Accounts Manager, your primary objective will be to drive distributor and reseller sales by effectively partnering and mobilizing the sales and marketing teams to support the Algo portfolio. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to operate tactically.

 

Responsibilities

·        Nurture relationships with existing international distribution partners and identify opportunities for growth.

·        Act as an Algo product evangelist, delivering sales training to international partner sales and technical teams globally.

·        Conduct regular business reviews with international accounts in coordination with the Sales Manager to analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

·        Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and implement joint marketing initiatives with international channel partners.

·        Provide training and support to international partner sales and marketing teams on Algo's product offerings.

·        Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback on a global scale to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

·        Collaborate with the internal sales team to drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities within international channel partner accounts.

·        Generate and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports for international territories.

·        Support the team in project quoting and pricing as needed for international accounts.

·        Attend industry events and conferences worldwide to network and promote Algo's products and services (some travel required, internationally).

Requirements:

·        Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

·        1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology industry.

·        Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with channel partners.

·        Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

·        Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

·        Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

·        Competence learning new technology and an eagerness to understand new industries and product categories

·        Proven experience working cross functionally with different disciplines (i.e. marketing, engineering, accounting)

·        Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce experience and asset) and Microsoft Office suite.

·        Willingness to travel as required
