Alachisoft is currently looking for a Director of Enterprise Sales to take control of our sales strategy, improve our sales effectiveness, and grow our sales team. We are a fast growing software company based in Tampa Florida with sales offices in New York and Toronto and offshore offices in Islamabad Pakistan.

Our software product NCache is being used by a large variety of mid-size to large organizations in US/Canada, UK, Western Europe, and other parts of the world including Fortune 500 companies across many industries, regions, and countries.

This role requires a proven sales leader with a hands-on background in Enterprise IT/Software Sales, and preferably working exposure in the US or European markets or at least selling to the US or European companies.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize entire team’s sales pipeline in order to maximize revenue
  • Distribute incoming leads to the sales team to maximize revenue
  • Get involved in the sales process and selling to increase revenue
  • Recruit, inspire, lead, and retain high quality sales team globally
  • Improve sales team skills through coaching and in-house/outside training
  • Drive sales strategy across new revenue channels and opportunities
  • Evaluate and incorporate changes to sales process and workflow to deliver maximum sales and profit growth
  • Develop quarterly and annual sales plans in support of the company’s objectives and strategies
Desired Skills & Experience Qualifications
  • 15+ years of overall enterprise IT/software sales
  • 5+ years of managing software or IT sales teams.
  • IT + business degrees (BSCS + MBA) or equivalent required
  • Proven record of successfully building high growth IT/software sales teams
  • Must have leadership skills and strong confident/outspoken personality
  • Successful track record of mid-size to enterprise IT/software sales
  • Experience implementing metrics for tracking and measuring performance
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and create structured sales processes.
  • Be extremely tech-savvy
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written & verbal English required
