Alachisoft is currently looking for a Director of Enterprise Sales to take control of our sales strategy, improve our sales effectiveness, and grow our sales team. We are a fast growing software company based in Tampa Florida with sales offices in New York and Toronto and offshore offices in Islamabad Pakistan.
Our software product NCache is being used by a large variety of mid-size to large organizations in US/Canada, UK, Western Europe, and other parts of the world including Fortune 500 companies across many industries, regions, and countries.
This role requires a proven sales leader with a hands-on background in Enterprise IT/Software Sales, and preferably working exposure in the US or European markets or at least selling to the US or European companies.
Manage and optimize entire team’s sales pipeline in order to maximize revenue
Distribute incoming leads to the sales team to maximize revenue
Get involved in the sales process and selling to increase revenue
Recruit, inspire, lead, and retain high quality sales team globally
Improve sales team skills through coaching and in-house/outside training
Drive sales strategy across new revenue channels and opportunities
Evaluate and incorporate changes to sales process and workflow to deliver maximum sales and profit growth
Develop quarterly and annual sales plans in support of the company’s objectives and strategies
15+ years of overall enterprise IT/software sales
~5+ years of managing software or IT sales teams.
~ IT + business degrees (BSCS + MBA) or equivalent required
~ Proven record of successfully building high growth IT/software sales teams
~ Successful track record of mid-size to enterprise IT/software sales
~ Experience implementing metrics for tracking and measuring performance
~ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and create structured sales processes.
~ Excellent written & verbal English required
