Join our global team to secure application connectivity everywhere. We are hiring a Regional Sales Manager, Canada to join our Sales team. Reporting to Regional Sales Director, East Location Toronto, Canada Responsibilities Prospect and qualify new potential customers within the assigned territory. Identify and close deals with corporate customers through face‑to‑face meetings; up to 50% travel is expected. Work in partnership with Systems Engineers and corporate teams to educate customers and demonstrate AlgoSec’s capabilities. Drive opportunities at the strategic and tactical levels. Develop and maintain strong relationships with client decision‑makers, tailoring a sales strategy based on customer requirements. Stay informed on new products, services, and customer‑relevant information through AlgoSec web‑based training and other knowledge transfer formats. Track customer business opportunities, conditions, future prospects, and competitive issues; regularly brief AlgoSec management on status, prospects, and top customers’ needs. Secure new business, add‑on business, and maintenance renewal orders for all license sales and professional services revenue. Display strong time‑management skills. Understand and manage all phases of the sales cycle. Accurately forecast all territory business using Salesforce.com. Work within the company culture and values. Demonstrate ability to work with existing customers and acquire new logos. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field. Dynamic sales professional experienced in selling to enterprise clients, federal/government, and service providers. Proven, consistent track record of success, evidenced by achieving and exceeding annual quota. Consistent and disciplined use of Salesforce and industry‑leading formal sales methodologies. Strong computer, written, interpersonal communication, and presentation skills. Minimum 10 years of successful selling in the related IT field. Strong network of contacts. Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time. Advantages Experience in Workflow Automation, Change Management, and PM systems. Experience selling enterprise‐level solutions in the Security and Compliance markets.
