Regional Sales Manager, Canada – a key role in AlgoSec’s global sales team. Reporting to: Regional Sales Director, East Location: Toronto, Canada Employment type: Full-time, Direct Employment Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level Job function: Sales and Business Development Industries: Computer and Network Security Responsibilities Prospect and qualify new potential customers within the assigned territory. Identify and close deals with corporate customers through face‑to‑face meetings, with up to 50% travel expected. Collaborate with Systems Engineers and corporate clients to educate prospects and demonstrate AlgoSec’s capabilities. Drive opportunities at both strategic and tactical levels. Build and maintain strong relationships with client decision‑makers, tailoring sales strategies to customer requirements. Keep informed on new products, services, and other relevant information through participation in AlgoSec web‑based training and knowledge transfer. Monitor customer business opportunities, current conditions, future prospects, and competitive issues; brief AlgoSec management regularly on status, prospects, and top customer needs. Secure new business, add‑on business, and maintenance renewal orders for all license sales and professional services revenue. Demonstrate strong time‑management skills. Navigate all phases of the sales cycle. Accurately forecast territory business using Salesforce.com. Operate within the company culture and value system. Show proven ability to work with existing customers while hunting new logos. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field. Dynamic sales professional with experience selling to enterprise clients, federal/government, and service providers. Consistent, disciplined use of Salesforce and industry‑leading formal sales methodologies. Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. At least 10 years of successful sales in a related IT field. Extensive network (“rolodex”). Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding annual quota. Advantages Experience in Workflow Automation, Change Management, and PM systems. Experience selling enterprise‑level solutions in the Security and Compliance markets.
