Collaborate with internal sales teams and regional leaders to create and implement effective go‑to‑market strategies. Be ultimately responsible for enabling and implementing the partner sales strategy to capture significant share for Cisco’s comprehensive Collaboration Solutions, including Contact Center, Meetings, Calling, Messaging, and Devices. Support partners in business transformation by helping them develop unique value propositions, refine sales processes, and increase adoption of our solutions. Demonstrate excellent communication, listening, and influence skills when engaging with partners and internal stakeholders. Operate with a high level of business insight, adaptability, and professionalism in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment. Balance team collaboration with independent initiative, working effectively with diverse individuals and groups to achieve shared objectives. Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of sales, account management, or partner management experience, and/or at least 2+ years working within channel ecosystems (partners, distributors, or technology alliances) and managing indirect sales models to drive revenue through partner‑led motions. Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to varied audiences—including technical teams and C‑level executives—with strong listening, influence, and executive‑relationship skills. Demonstrated strength in building trust and credibility with partner executives and sales teams, serving as a mentor and strategic resource to help position solutions and accelerate joint sales cycles. Strategic thinker with a track record of cross‑functional collaboration, driving initiatives, and delivering measurable results in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments. Preferred Qualifications Understanding of sales and channel dynamics, with previous experience in commercial, enterprise, or public sector account management. Compensation may include incentive compensation, equity, and benefits. Individual pay is determined by location, market conditions, skill set, experience, education, certifications, or training.
