Successful completion of Sexual Abuse Prevention Training through OCT. Salary The salary will be determined in accordance with Article 32 of the OECTA Collective Agreement. Effective September 1, 2025, teacher salaries will range from $51,234.00 to $119,943.00. How to Apply All applications must be submitted through Apply to Education. Incomplete applications will not be considered. Process for Selection The board identifies the three most senior qualified applicants and contacts them. An occasional teacher is available if not already assigned to another LTO position during the term. Applicants are asked to confirm their interest; if declined, the next most senior applicant is approached, ensuring five applicants are considered. If fewer than three qualified applicants apply, the board selects from the qualified applicants. If no qualified teachers apply or all decline, the board may hire an external qualified teacher not on the roster. Additional Requirements for Non-OCSB Employees An external qualified teacher must pass the OT interview process. Must submit a negative PRC for the Vulnerable Sector dated within the last six months.
