FR 20% Elem LTO, Grade 2/3 EFI and Core French to a Grade 3/4 class (Wednesdays) We invite qualified candidates to apply for the role of FR 20% Elem LTO, Grade 2/3 EFI and Core French to a Grade 3/4 class (Wednesdays) at Ottawa‑Carleton District School Board (OCDSB). Eligibility List All occasional teachers are eligible to apply for long‑term occasional postings for which they are qualified. Qualifications If you are fully external to the OCDSB, you may apply to this posting if you have the required qualifications. Our order of consideration for Elementary LTOs is as follows: current elementary occasional teacher applicants, followed by qualified external applicants. Required Qualifications OCT Divisional Qualifications: Primary/Junior OCT Additional Qualifications: FSL Part 1 Additional Requirements Spec‑Ed qualifications and experience teaching Primary EFI are assets. Additional Information Location: Carp. The school is not accessible by public transportation and has an early start (08:05). This LTO may extend and is combinable with the other 20 % LTO posted. Application Process Applications will be assessed with respect to the requirements and qualifications outlined in this job posting and in accordance with the following: At least three (3) teachers who are currently employed as an occasional teacher with the OCDSB and who meet the required OCT qualifications will be offered an interview. If fewer than three (3) qualified applicants apply, all qualified applicants will be interviewed.
