Goal  

As part of our growth efforts, we are looking for an experienced and motivated marketing professional to join our practice for even greater growth together.  


Duties:  

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services 

Strategic marketing management 

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities 

Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising 

Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content for website, blog, and social media platforms 

Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools 

Create and optimize website, website content and landing pages for search engine optimization 

Manage and update the company website using content management systems 

Design marketing materials using various software options 

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing 

Collaborate and manage with market influencers to promote business 

Manage the Company’s PR activities and other Media measures 

Active collaboration with Sales team to manage CRM function 

Collaboration, co-ordination and oversight of Sales Unit, incl. training, co-ordination, management, performance metrics, hiring, etc 

Organizing and attending conferences, preparing materials for the same, and other offline activities to promote the company 

Affiliated marketing, networking and partnership relationship building, including Client development initiatives and relationship maintenance (mostly pertaining to B2B clients) 

Maintaining and creating internal protocols, procedures and policies relevant to the marketing management unit organization 


 

Requirements:  

Proven work experience as a Senior Marketing Manager or similar role (strong preference for individuals with experience in the legal industry), incl. international marketing experience 

Knowledge of digital marketing techniques and platforms such as SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising 

Proficient in using various applications for designing marketing materials 

Experience with WordPress or other content management systems for website management 

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions 

Familiarity with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams 

Proven ability to perform under tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment. 

The successful candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.  

To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in digital marketing techniques such as SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, and display advertising.
