Responsibilities Be a customer advocate who can weigh competing objectives and prioritize the most important initiatives. Break down complex problems to develop and design elegant solutions with engineering, design, and research partners. Drive product growth by leveraging usage data, customer insights, and hypothesis-driven experimentation to identify opportunities, validate solutions, and inform strategic decisions. Effectively represent the product internally and externally, sharing relevant insights, telling compelling stories, and actively listening to feedback. Frame and define clear objectives and metrics for identifying success to enable teammates to do their best work. Collaborate closely with Product Managers across Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and partner applications on pragmatic investment strategies across the product line to support growth initiatives. Partner with the business strategy and marketing teams to maximize the effectiveness and relevance of our product positioning and differentiation relative to competitive offerings. Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of experience in product management. 5+ years of experience in the infrastructure, architecture, engineering, or construction industries. Background in product management, business, engineering, or data analytics. Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with a global team. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build strong data‑driven arguments, prioritize with business strategy in mind, and evangelize projects to build consensus with key stakeholders within an organization. Ability to drive projects forward within a large organization with distributed global teams. For Canada-BC based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $119,600 and $164,450. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
