Digital Project Manager

We're looking for our next **digital project manager** who has a strong desire to problem-solve, learn and grow their project management expertise and who **wants to make a career out of driving real change**.

The **Digital Project Manager (Contract)** role is integral to the success of all our digital projects with the primary focus on project managing website and technology implementation projects as well as fundraising and advocacy campaign projects. Our digital project managers are the primary bridge between our clients’ project teams and the team here at Yeeboo Digital as well as being the lead project managers for all projects.

Second only to your amazing skills, it is very important that you can mesh with the team. We are small, innovative and cross-functional - yes, we even fetch our own coffee. You need to be able to work independently, with your team members and under the direction of the Director of Operations and Delivery. We also want someone who isn’t afraid to share, isn’t afraid to be wrong and who can collaborate as a core member of our team.

**Tasks**:
You’re part of a team of digital project managers focused on ensuring all work is executed to the highest level of quality - on time, within scope and on budget, which means:

- Providing end-to-end project management for assigned digital infrastructure projects
- Creating timelines with Smartsheet both from scratch and also based on templates to be approved for each project prior to kick-off
- Developing and maintaining strong client confidence, rapport and relationships from start to finish of projects
- Leading the client and internal project teams for specifically assigned projects including, yet not limited to, implementation and/or ongoing use of Blackbaud Luminate Online, TeamRaiser and Engaging Networks (training will be provided) as well as website re-design and development generally on Wordpress CMS
- Developing an expertise on a range of non-profit online fundraising software such as Luminate Online and TeamRaiser, Engaging Networks, Hubspot, Wordpress, WooCommerce, FundraiseUp etc.
- Owning, coordinating and leading the internal quality assurance testing for assigned projects
- Guiding the client through testing sprints for assigned projects
- Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders to to design, develop and implement digital projects, ensuring schedules are kept on track
- Through project reflection and ongoing collaborative recommendations, help drive process change within the delivery team that ensures continuous improvement of delivery for our clients

**Role Requirements**:

- A self-motivated individual with a desire to do their best every day
- 2+ years proven experience leading digital projects, ideally within website redesign projects and/or technology implementations and onboarding projects
- A strong verbal and written communicator who builds the trusted client and agency partner relationship through the project phases
- Diligent, detail-oriented, responsible, accountable, flexible and team-oriented with a willingness to ask for help when needed
- Good overall understanding of project management processes
- Solution-focused in your client relationships and project leadership with a passion for problem solving
- High organizational capacity and ability to follow and maintain up to 4-8 project schedules at any one time
- Fast learner who is interested in conquering technology
- Constant desire to learn more about the latest technology trends
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for charitable and not-for-profit causes
- Must be a regular and comfortable user of the internet, online social networks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite as well as Google apps (Drive, Calendar, Docs, etc)

**Role Nice to Haves**:

- PMP certification or equivalent would be an asset
- Experience in non-profit online fundraising and CRM software, such as Blackbaud Luminate Online and TeamRaiser, Salesforce, Engaging Networks, Raiser’s Edge, FundraiseUp would certainly be helpful
- Familiarity with content management systems (Wordpress)
- Experience with offline databases such as Raisers Edge would be a bonus
- Fundraising knowledge is an asset
