Senior Customer Success Advisor – Oracle Location: Preferred hub locations: Denver, Chicago, Nashville, Austin, Boston, Toronto (Canada). This flex role requires selected candidates to work in office 2–3 days each week. Travel: Approximately 25%. Role Overview The Customer Success (CS) Presales team supports the Direct Sales Organization in maximizing Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) while ensuring a smooth path to successful implementation led by the CS Delivery organization. As an individual contributor, you will partner with prospects’ C‑level leaders and Oracle partners to provide product, implementation, and industry thought leadership. Key Responsibilities Support Sales, Solution Consultants, and Delivery resources across presales engagements. Articulate SuiteSuccess methodology and position its value to prospects and internal teams. Translate customer processes and objectives into accurate scope, estimates, SKUs, and Statements of Work. Deliver tailored solution presentations and value propositions to executive and operational stakeholders. Manage objections, scope alignment, risks, and deal handoffs. Maintain accurate documentation throughout deal cycles. Provide knowledge transfer to Delivery teams to support implementation success. Build and deepen industry acumen in CPG and Manufacturing. Contribute to industry‑specific content, competitive insights, and CS thought leadership. Expand functional understanding across additional NetSuite modules. Collaborate with CS Vertical Leads, Delivery Leads, and Solution Architects. Participate in CS process improvement initiatives and share best‑practice insights. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 4–7 years of consulting, implementation, or project management experience in technology. 2–4 years of hands‑on NetSuite or comparable ERP implementation experience. Strong communication, influencing, and customer‑facing presentation skills. Ability to proactively identify challenges and propose solutions. Demonstrated collaboration and cross‑functional partnership. Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple deals. Flexibility for remote / hybrid work environments. Travel up to 25%.
