How will you make an impact in this role?
In this opportunity, you will ensure extraordinary customer service by promptly and accurately responding to inbound servicing inquiries from existing small business owners, making it easy for them to do business with us, recognizing their value and solving their inquiries.

Minimum Qualifications
What would you do every day as a Customer Success Advisor?
Deliver extraordinary customer care and value to Small Business Owners in a fast paced, regulated environment. In this opportunity you will:
- Provide extraordinary customer service by promptly and accurately responding to inbound phone servicing inquiries from existing customers using our tools and systems.
- You will add incremental value on each and every interaction with our customers and increase customer loyalty.
- You will be responsible for evaluating and analyzing account information while recommending tailored solutions to small business owners.
- You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about improving customer experience all while contributing to our growth.
We are open from 9am to 9pm Monday to Sunday EST. Shifts is expected to range between these hours (Monday to Sunday).
