**Purpose Advisor Solutions** provides Advisors with the technology to break away from the traditional dealer model, allowing entrepreneurial Advisors to launch and operate an independent practice without the historically high barriers to entry. We are a small team of entrepreneurs who want to play an integral part in helping Advisors and portfolio managers achieve independence by making it easier to own, service clients, and grow a business. We believe the future of advice needs smarter technology and fewer barriers to ownership so that everyone can make better financial choices.

Job Description
**What you will do**

**Business Consultant**
- Provide a seamless transition for the Advisor team from onboarding their clients to managing their client relationships
- Train and offer program best practices and documentation for individual client workflows and operational tasks
- Foster a trusted partnership with the Advisor team and align PAS’s offering to their client servicing and overarching business goals
- Build strong, long-term business relationships by consistently going above and beyond Advisor expectations
- Possess a broad understanding of Advisor obligations, operations, and business needs and are able to translate this knowledge into specific proactive strategies and recommendations tailored for the Advisors business
- Generate marketing materials to support technology adoption with advised clients

**Platform Expertise**
- Develop an understanding of the PAS platform suite, and guide the Advisor on platform and solution decisions to ensure successful outcomes
- Troubleshoot technical issues and consult with product, engineering, and other internal teams to solution Advisor problems
- Explain the “how” and “why“ of PAS’s product suite features and functionality
- Drive Advisor adoption of the existing platform, as well as implementation of new products and features
- Train new-to-PAS Advisor team members on how to effectively use all relevant product functions
- Suggest and advise on a variety of functional solutions to help the Advisor achieve what they need from the product
- Identify and build data and reporting product solutions
- Communicate delivery timelines and set realistic expectations with the Advisor across all platform partners

- Speaks plainly and truthfully. Communicates complex ideas in a simple & easy-to-understand way for any audience (e.g. engineering, 3rd party vendors, growth/operational teams, executive team)

- Plans, organizes, schedules, and budgets in a productive manner, allowing for a focus on key priorities
- Does not cut corners. Does what is right, not what is politically expedient
