This is a permanent position, offered in a hybrid work mode.Your responsibilities will include:Supervise and enhance the entire accounts payable process to ensure efficiency and compliance with internal policiesEstablish standardized and documented procedures to optimize departmental operationsIdentify and implement process automation to reduce manual tasks and improve productivityParticipate in the configuration and optimization of ERP systems and financial tools to ensure optimal usageEnsure invoice compliance with purchase orders, receipts, and internal policiesCollaborate with procurement and accounting teams to guarantee data accuracy and process fluidityContribute to budget preparation and expense tracking to support financial planningPrepare and analyze performance reports for management and actively participate in month-end closingsManage vendor relationships, resolve discrepancies or disputes, and maintain up-to-date records Profile Required :Diploma in Accounting or equivalentSolid experience in accounts payable and invoicing, with strong ability to improve processesProficiency in ERP systems and reporting toolsExcellent command of French, both spoken and writtenGood command of English, both spoken and written, to ensure communication with English-speaking clientsKnowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV (an asset)Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suiteStrong organizational skills and autonomyAttention to detail and accuracyTeam spirit and collaborationStrong communication skills (internal and external)
