Bilingual Assistant Customer Accounts Associate Location: Markham, ON (Hybrid – 2 to 3 days per week in office) Shift: Monday to Friday | 37.5 hours per week | Morning shift Type: 12-Month Contract with the possibility for extension Pay Rate: $28.50 per hour (No benefits while on contract) Training: Up to 3 months (fully onsite, 5 days per week, after training is complete, the role goes hybrid). Our client, a Fortune 15 company providing retail, leasing, and wholesale financial services to dealerships and customers across Canada, is seeking a Bilingual Assistant Customer Accounts Associate to join their Collections Team in Markham. Key Responsibilities Contact customers with accounts 15–59 days past due and arrange suitable payment plans Manage inbound calls and assist clients with account inquiries Support Total Loss evaluations and related documentation Complete administrative and departmental duties as required Qualifications: Full fluency in both French and English (written and spoken) Background in finance, accounting, or related disciplines is required Previous accounts or collections experience will be considered a strong asset Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Self-motivated and able to work independently College diploma or university degree, preferably in a business-related field Why Join Opportunity to work with a globally recognized automotive finance company Competitive hourly pay and stable weekday schedule Structured training and professional growth within a supportive hybrid work environment At Leap Recruitment Partners , we are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
