If you're proactive, customer-focused, and thrive on solving problems, this could be your next big move. What You’ll Do You’ll be the go-to person for helping customers get back on track. From resolving payment issues to coordinating with legal teams and bailiffs, your work will be critical to keeping accounts healthy and relationships strong. Every call, email, and solution you deliver will make a direct impact — and help shape your path forward. Responsibilities Proactively manage lease accounts in arrears, including NSF and banking issues Respond to customer inquiries and resolve deficiencies through phone, email, and Salesforce case queues Offer tailored payment solutions and communicate next steps clearly Coordinate insurance-related issues and resolve claims Draft and issue formal demand letters and notices Escalate accounts for potential repossession or termination Partner with external repossession agents and internal maturity teams Track and manage files with third-party collection agencies Ensure accurate invoicing of all collection-related fees Support legal, dealership, and estate-related lease issues Handle communication and documentation with insolvency trustees Focus on one-call resolution and superior service delivery Qualifications Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written 2+ years of experience in collections or financial services Strong communicator with natural problem-solving instincts Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF Writer Automotive or leasing industry experience is a plus Familiarity with Salesforce and skip tracing is an asset Organized, independent, and ready to take initiative Benefits Competitive compensation package Full health and dental coverage Hybrid work flexibility Generous vacation time Convenient office location Entrepreneurial team with a supportive culture Why Work with Us This is your chance to join a fast-moving company where your work is recognized, your growth is supported, and your voice matters.
