Experience You are self‑motivated with a history of major product accomplishments. You have managed high‑growth SaaS products with many users in enterprise product development, productivity, or collaboration markets. You think strategically about product functionality while being detail‑oriented. You have an entrepreneurial mindset, advocate for your products, and a curiosity to use AI to improve everything. Customer focus, lovable user experience design, and a “get it done” attitude are essential. You Also Have 7+ years experience as a product manager at a growing software or technology company. Proven success driving trial to paid conversion. Driven meaningful, measurable product growth. Worked collaboratively with a team to drive product success. Written engaging go‑to‑market content that sparked customer interest. Responsibilities Interact directly with customers to understand their real needs. Collaborate with product and company leadership to define the product roadmap. Lead a cross‑functional team to product and business success. Identify opportunities to build AI‑enhanced capabilities. Prioritize functionality based on product goals and customer needs. Work closely with UX and engineering teams to design and build awesome customer experiences. Develop core positioning and messaging for new releases. Coordinate go‑to‑market activities. Measure the use of new features. Support the Customer Success team to ensure they best represent the product and its value. Benefits $130,000 – $180,000 U.S. base salary range. Profit sharing and monthly retirement contribution. Medical, dental, and vision plans (most teammates cover 100 % of premiums). Up to 200 hours paid time off per year. 30–90 days paid parental leave and 5–10 days paid care and bereavement leave. Up to $1,000 annual third‑party education, plus paid learning time. Volunteer opportunities throughout the year.
