Sr. Manager, Product Management (Payroll Product Team) force invites seasoned product leaders to shape our North America payroll offering. In this role you will design compliance strategy, drive product roadmap, and collaborate with cross‑functional partners to deliver AI‑enhanced payroll solutions. Base pay range CA$129,200.00/yr - CA$230,600.00/yr What You’ll Get To Do Lead and mentor a team of product managers across North America, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to communicate and execute a clear payroll compliance strategy. Guide your team in developing product roadmaps that align with Dayforce’s vision and leverage modern technologies such as AI and automation. Engage directly with customers through research and ongoing relationships to inform product decisions. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success and identify opportunities for improvement. Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitor innovations to maintain a strong market position. Skills And Experience We Value Proven success in launching and managing products or solutions; HCM or payroll domain experience preferred. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with a track record of inspiring and aligning cross‑functional teams. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, grounded in data‑driven decision‑making. Exceptional communication skills—comfortable presenting to executive audiences both internally and externally. Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, automation) and their application to product innovation and efficiency.
