Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Bilingual) Length: 12 Month Contract Location: London, ON (4 days in office) Hours: 7:00am - 6:00pm (work day is 8 hours) Must be fluent French and English Description Educates customers on product information, applications, and usage recommendations Manages technical documentation requests efficiently Communicates clearly and professionally via phone, chat, and written correspondence Serves as a subject matter expert with deep knowledge of products, applications, and internal resources Handles product complaints, returns, and crisis situations with urgency and accuracy Provides timely and effective solutions and recommendations to customer issues Accurately documents all customer interactions in CRM systems Triages incoming communication and investigates issues using internal platforms and tools Requirements Prioritizes customer satisfaction and delivers consistent service excellence Thrives in high-volume, fast-paced environments Demonstrates clear, conceptual thinking and sound judgment Proactively resolves conflicts and takes initiative to prevent issues Works well in team settings; open to collaboration, compromise, and leadership Possesses strong active listening skills Follows through on commitments and shows empathy toward others Communicates effectively both orally and in writing, including presentations Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with 3M Customer Service systems is a plus Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities and task prioritization Capable of managing work-related stress and meeting tight deadlines Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree (completed and verified) and 2+ years of customer service or sales experience OR High school diploma/GED (completed and verified) and 6+ years of customer service or sales experience
