Senior Customer Service Representative We are looking for a bilingual (English and French) Senior Customer Service Representative to provide best‑in‑class service to our Life and Health Insurance customers. This is a hybrid role open in Montreal, Regina, Winnipeg, London and Toronto. Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday 8am‑6pm. Availability during these hours is required. Responsibilities Responding to incoming calls and emails from existing clients Making outbound calls to existing clients Providing customers with detailed information about policies and products Maintaining internal database records Qualifications Bilingualism (fluent in French and English) Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills Previous experience as a customer service representative in a fast‑paced environment Post‑secondary degree or equivalent experience In‑depth knowledge of Life and Health Insurance products Friendly and professional demeanor, able to remain calm under stress Experience with main‑frame systems, Microsoft Office and data tracking Background in sales, telephone sales or marketing preferred Ability to explain detailed policy concepts in a simple way Reliability Status security clearance (required before access to Protected B information) Compensation Base salary: $40,300.00 – $67,000.00 annually.
