_**Collision Repair Experts Kitchener is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team**_

Your role as a customer service representative is to ensure that the customer receives a legendary customer service experience.

**Duties**:
Greets customers upon intake and delivery of vehicles
Inspects vehicles for accident related and prior damage
Fills out required paper work and takes photos of vehicle
Partake in check-out of vehicle with the customer upon delivery date
Assists and handles incoming phone calls

Schedule clients intake appointments and delivery appointments
General office duties
Provides support for the team and keeps everyone informed
On occasion, cleans exterior and interior of customers' vehicles

**Required**:

- Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing positive experiences.
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication standards.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Experience in sales or upselling techniques is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Shift is Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm

**TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED**
**Must be able to drive standard cars**

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
