**Commission Sales Specialist for Blinds & Drapery**

**What You’ll Do**:
**Customer Consultation**:

- Conduct personalized consultations to understand customers' style preferences and functional needs for window treatments.
- Offer expert guidance, helping clients select from our premium range of blinds, shades, and drapery to meet their specific requirements.

**Product Knowledge**:

- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, materials, and innovations in the window treatment industry.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and customization options that set us apart.

**Sales & Revenue Growth**:

- Actively generate and follow up on leads to expand your customer base. We provide you with sales leads and sales opportunities with our network of residential and commercial clients.
- Implement effective sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed your monthly sales targets.

**Quotation & Proposal**:

- Provide accurate and professional quotations tailored to the client's needs.
- Confidently present proposals, ensuring customers understand the value and pricing of their selected window treatments.

**Who We’re Looking For**:
**Sales Experience**: Ideally, you have a background in commission-based sales, especially in home improvement or interior design.
**Customer Focused**: You excel at understanding customer needs and providing solutions that inspire confidence and trust.

**Motivated and Driven**: You thrive on meeting and exceeding goals and enjoy working independently to achieve success.

**Organized & Reliable**: Strong time management skills and attention to detail are key in ensuring a seamless customer experience.

**Communication**: You must be fluent in English and speak confidently.

**Job Requirements**:
**Experience**: Sales (1 year min.), Customer Service (1 year min.).

**Location**: Must be able to commute within the GTA, ON (required).

**Work Location**: You have showroom support and office space with the option to work from home.

Pay: $37,662.46-$162,807.56 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
