You'll serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market clients, helping them maximize the impact of the company's solutions. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams, you'll advocate for the customer while identifying upsell opportunities and ensuring smooth renewals.
