The Opportunity Tundra has an opening for a Process Analytical Products Inside Sales Specialist based in Calgary, AB . The successful candidate will be a technical sample system design authority and applications professional committed to responsiveness and customer needs. This role involves design and implementation of process analytical sample systems and inside sales, maintaining high contact with customers throughout the design and order cycle. The Role Serve as a technical sample system design authority and applications professional. Provide custom design solutions to meet customer needs, striving for excellence in every interaction. Build knowledge proactively and communicate technical solutions clearly to customers. Maintain an outgoing personality and initiate conversations with clients. Communicate politely and clearly over the phone. Liaise with manufacturing to meet customer requirements. Adapt and think quickly to overcome objections and find the best technical solutions. Receive and accurately communicate client orders to relevant departments. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The Candidate 3 to 5 years’ experience in Process Analytical Sample System Design, focusing on Gas and Liquids Analytical Products. Ability to design, size, select, and supply equipment supporting Sample Systems, including drawings and electrical considerations. Experience with CAD and design/drafting programs. Knowledge of Gas Analytical Products like Continuous Gas Analyzers, Gas Chromatographs, etc. Knowledge of Liquid Analytical Products such as pH, Conductivity, Turbidity, etc. Technical Diploma from a recognized institution. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient with ERP systems and Microsoft Office. Legally eligible to work in Canada.
