Our client, a dynamic organization in the industry sector, is seeking an experienced eTime Implementation Specialist to support the configuration and deployment of ADP Enterprise eTIME. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring successful integration with payroll and HCM modules, while providing training and post-go-live support. Responsibilities: Configure ADP Enterprise eTIME module. Document business requirements and configuration decisions. Conduct integration testing with payroll and HCM modules. Support data gathering, mapping, and validation activities. Participate in client meetings and document requirements. Conduct UAT & Parallel testing and troubleshoot issues. Prepare training materials and assist with user onboarding. Track project milestones/deliverables and escalate risks to the Project Manager. Monitor project timelines and provide status updates. Deliver training and post-go-live support. Document configuration settings, workflows, and user guides. Contract Details: Start Date: January 2026 End Date: November 2026 Hourly Rate: $40-$43 per hour Location: Onsite: Waterloo, Ontario Hybrid Top Skills & Qualifications: 2+ years of hands-on experience with ADP GlobalView and eTime implementation. Strong analytical and organizational skills. In-depth knowledge of ADP GlobalView and eTime timekeeping concepts. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities. Advanced Excel and data analysis skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
