As a well-funded, scaling company, we offer **opportunities for career growth** and an inclusive, supportive work culture. **What You’ll Get To Do** As a **Project Implementation Specialist**, you will be involved in every aspect of data generation: gathering and interpreting customer requirements, participating in research, creating detailed data collection plans, collecting and post-processing data, and assessing the continued health of our measurement logic. This is a multidisciplinary, hands-on role with time spent in the field, the lab, and at a desk and is a critical part of our customer implementation and ongoing customer success. **Key Responsibilities** - **Inter-team Planning** - Interpret customer needs, develop data collection plans, and manage execution schedules. - **Data Management** - Collect, clean, annotate, and analyze large datasets. - **Lab & Field Work** - Manage equipment, prepare samples, and conduct on-site testing at customer facilities. - **System Validation** - Assess system performance and model accuracy using real-world data. - **Sales & Research Support** - Participate in customer demos and contribute to R&D initiatives. - **Team Collaboration** - Work closely with lab technicians, co-op students, and cross-functional teams. **You at PPO** You are a hard-working thinker who wants to work in a fast-paced, growing company that is helping its customers to be more successful through the use of innovative products and solutions.
