WrightPlan continues to grow as a team and within our market. We are a software company focused on sustainable growth and building long-term customer relationships. Our software has been adapted to our customers businesses and continues to evolve, and because of all this, we need to add a new person to our team.

We are looking for someone is great at managing customer expectations, who wants to work alongside an experienced team in a small but mature company, and who doesn’t need a lot of direction. We need someone who can manage software implementations, customer requirements gathering and analysis, and training. As our Software Implementation Specialist, you will:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage software implementation, configuration, and training to ensure the customer 'Go Live' is efficient, effective and of high quality
- Conduct functional planning and scoping sessions with all project stakeholders
- Responsible for documenting and presenting customer requirements to the product and development teams, advocating for the customer
- Define and manage multiple project plans
- Configure and set up of the customer’s data so that each customer is prepared and enabled for their launch
- Test of all customization and changes driven by our customers
- Form strong partnerships with internal teams (Development, Sales, Support, and Product) in order to drive timely implementations and ensure the voice of the customer is heard
- Be solution focused and recommend new features to our customers as you work with them
- Help identify new product ideas and participate in product planning
- Upsell during the implementation process when possible
- Train customers on all WrightPlan functionality articulating the benefits of all key features and how they align within their organization
- Lead our customers in the direction of success and continue to grow our customer advocates and the WrightPlan footprint throughout North America
- Build trust and work closely with the Account Manager to position WrightPlan appropriately and identify future customer needs, technical adaptations of products and services
- Identify current and future requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand product requirements
- Periodically participate in trade shows and sales presentations as required
- Be responsible for maintaining a minimum number of billable hours per month

**Qualifications**:

- Business or Technical degree combined with at least 5 years related experience within business analysis, software implementation and project management. Previous experience working with external customers is essential
- Proven ability to understand and explore business needs related to our customer’s workflow, software functionality and articulated benefits
- Experience gathering business and technical requirements from current and potential customers
- Ability to define and manage detailed project plans
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and Release Management processes
- Technical understanding of web-based software development technologies, agile software development and their related constraints
- Demonstrated software implementation experience with notable achievements
- Experience building customer relationships based on trust and commitment
- Clear ability to convey a concept to a variety of audiences
- Ability to organize, prioritize and work independently
- Ability to collaborate effectively with customers and other team members
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills combined with strong interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented, with well organized and disciplined work habits and demonstrated capability for problem solving
- Motivated, self-starter with a passion for life-long learning
- Must be willing and able to travel periodically for businesses purposes

**Please Note**: For the foreseeable future your work environment will include a combination of work from home and office (located in uptown Waterloo). Periodic travel will be required after the Covid pandemic is under control and it’s safe to travel again.

**About WrightPlan**:
**Salary**: $60,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
