Responsibilities Perform administrative, secretarial, and clerical duties for the Talent Acquisition department. Source and screen candidates for assigned job openings, ensuring minimum qualifications are met. Coordinate and track interviews with hiring managers. Work closely with hiring managers, other facility HR staff, senior leadership, and external vendors to ensure recruiting practices meet the organization’s needs. Qualifications High school diploma or GED, required. Secretarial training, clerical and previous office experience, required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, required. Demonstrates positive interpersonal and effective communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Previous experience in corporate recruitment. Pay Transparency Prime Healthcare offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $21.00 to $28.97. The exact starting compensation will be determined at the time of selection, considering skills, experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
