- Take your ambitions to the next level
- Organize recruitment and corporate events (negotiation, booking, team coordination, schedule management, etc.), 10-20 events annually;
- Write and share the organic growth report with Excel;
- Write and share query volume report with Bullhorn ATS;
- Manage an employee recognition budget for the Talent Acquisition VP;
- Train new employees during their onboarding on talent acquisition tools;
- Create and manage access to talent acquisition tools;
- Participate in the development of projects for the talent acquisition team;
- Organize and update files and processes in Teams for the Talent Acquisition team;
- Negotiate agreements with vendors who work with the Talent Acquisition team;
- Perform financial follow-up with government agencies for the Talent Acquisition team grants and development projects.

- University degree in administration or related field;
- Good knowledge of the talent acquisition field (an asset);
- Analytical skills, structured approach and focus on quality;
- Results orientation and team satisfaction;
- Good team player;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Dynamism, autonomy and high motivation for new challenges;
- Advanced level of French;
- Intermediate level of English;
- Communication with teams in French and English. Level expected
