The Role As Sales Manager Southern Alberta, you will play a crucial role in driving NWTC’s sales strategy and performance across multiple branches. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives Oversee all sales activities across multiple locations, ensuring consistent and effective execution Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability Collaborate with senior leadership to define sales priorities and drive initiatives that enhance revenue growth and customer acquisition Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement Establish and monitor KPIs to measure sales performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results Manage the sales budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders Ensure the effective use and management of CRM systems to track sales activities, customer interactions, deal flow, and pipeline management Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales strategies, making adjustments as necessary to achieve targets Integrate customer-centric processes through all departments and support cross-functional collaboration Experience and Skills Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (heavy truck sales preferred) Proven experience in managing sales functions for a company with multiple locations Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team Excellent strategic planning and execution skills, with a track record of successful sales development initiatives and growth results Proficiency in sales processes, KPIs, CRM systems, and data analysis Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making Results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets Who You Are: You Embody P.R.I.D.E.
