Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise the sales team, providing coaching, training, and support to ensure their success.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Create and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor used car inventory and trade appraisals

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2+ years of automotive sales management experience.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry, including market trends, products, and competitors.
- Proficiency in using CRM and other sales management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $120,000.00-$180,000.00 per year
