Description of Employment Opportunity

Phoenix Corporate Finance Inc. is seeking a Senior Advisor, ICI Real Estate Finance. The preferred candidate has previously been active in originating and facilitating financing from alternative, secondary, specialized and private mortgage funding sources for ICI real estate financing applications.

The ideal candidate has previously re-positioned and remarketed ICI mortgage financing applications that were either rejected by institutional lenders for minor non-conforming credit reasons, or the ICI mortgage loan financing being requested was not available from institutional lenders. Your experience includes the pre-qualification and remarketing of these financing requests into the alternative, secondary, specialized, and private ICI mortgage loan funding markets.

Phoenix Corporate Finance Inc. is a 12 year old corporate finance firm based in Toronto that provides corporate, commercial and ICI real estate financing facilitation services on behalf of client companies who require alternative funding options to Canadian financial institutions.


Candidate Profile

We are seeking an experienced team leader and dynamic new business developer with access to an established network of professional referral sources and is ready to move up in the ICI commercial mortgage financing industry. You have held executive positions with non-institutional ICI mortgage lenders. You have the industry credentials to structure, submit, and facilitate the funding of new ICI real estate financing opportunities directly with non-institutional funding sources.


Qualifications

Qualified candidates will possess the following qualifications;

  • minimum of 5 years of ICI real estate financing experience with non-institutional lenders;
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills;
  • Ability to identify and propose practical financing solutions;
  • Flexibility, adaptability, strong initiative with sound judgement;
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure;
  • Team player who contributes in a high-performance culture.
