Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Real Estate Investment Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will contribute to the evaluation, due diligence, and analysis of real estate investment opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis of potential investments, including market research, property valuations, and cash flow projections.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing your findings and recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with other team members on due diligence processes, including site visits, legal reviews, and environmental assessments.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of investment strategies aligned with Crestpoint's overall business objectives.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in real estate finance or investment analysis. Exposure to various real estate asset classes is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques using MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CFA designation or other relevant professional certifications.
  • Experience with ARGUS real estate software.
